Why this Blog ?

There is a need for communication.

Now is the time people should come forward and pour their heart out.

Human brain is a mass of continuous activity.

Our mind registers what goes around us and wants to ‘comment’ but sometimes there is no outlet.

My blog is meant for all these people who want to talk out loud, make a difference to the society and change this world for the better.

At last life is a consistent political activity and communication is the only weapon used in this activity...

I want you to comment on the socio-political happenings.

I want to have a dialogue with everyone out there.

So, friends I invite you to express yourself and share your valuable opinion with me.

Why do I write? What motivates me?

Writing is in my blood.

For me writing is passion, an expression I use to percolate my thoughts in black and white.

When I write I channelize my energies positively and I see to it that my writings motivate people to think in the right direction.

I hope writing is an instrument to bring a revolutionary change.

At the same time I feel that I am utopian!

My Idol

Raja Shivaji and Emperor Aurangazeb.

I attribute my existence to Raja Shivaji as he was a great ruler who started with a scratch and built an empire on the basis of his courage, intellect, determination and persistent nature.

He did all this in a short span of his 50 years of life. He left a mark on the history of World.

As a Commander-in-Chief, ruler, King and Thinker he was unparalleled in the history of world. As a "Marathi manoos" I owe him my life.

What Maharashtra is today is because of Raja Shivaji.

At his time Mughal Empire was the biggest empire in the world. Aurangazeb had to struggle hard to become a ruler.

He was a fearless man, possessed a transparent character and deadly strategist.

His simplicity as an emperor is unparalleled till this date. He had a clarity of goal, understanding the nature of power and ruthlessness at times was his strength which and I admire and cherish.

He was one of his kinds in history of world and the great emperors of his time. Though people dislike him, very few know him and understand him.

Raja Shivaji was the only ruler of his era who understood Aurangazeb and defeated him strategically in the long run.

Maharashtra Konacha

I recently did a show for SAAM TV titled 'Maharashtra Konacha'.

On this show top political leaders were called in and I asked them what Maharashtra meant for them, their plans for Maharashtra and how they envisioned Maharashtra.

I received varied answers and opinions from them.

The leaders who graced my show were Ex-Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, Ex-Deputy Chief Minister R.R Patil, Deputy Chief-Minister Chhagan Bhujbal, Shiv Sena Executive Prseident Udddhav Thackeray, MNS Chief Raj Thackeray, Union Power Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde and BJP National General Secretary Gopinath Munde.

In the second last episode Anna Hazare, a known social-activist was invited who commented on each and every leader who had graced the show.

The last episode I summed up with my analysis.
